In September, the OTC securities turnover rose by 11.8%
In September 2013, the OTC turnover of corporate securities in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 1,374,238. This is 11.8 % more than in August, according to the report of BSE.
Compared to the same period in 2012 grew by more than 5 times.
According to the analytical report of BSE in September traded were 183,739 units of securities, accounting for 44.73 % of their turnover in August (410,400 units).
The bulk of the volume of transactions (805,800 or 58.5 % of turnover) accounted for transactions in shares of industrial companies. Excluding the small volume of transactions with securities of financial companies , the lion's share of the purchase item are securities of issuers related to other spheres of activity - 107 100. The volume of these transactions amounted to 567,400 manat.
BSE contrary to statutory acts did not disclose details about the specific OTC transactions. Investors are informed of the transaction with the OTC market were shares of certain issuers. Note that the OTC platform deals are on larger blocks of shares, mainly controlling stake. 08D--
