Investors Invited to 2.4% of Shares of Unibank KB
The Baku Stock Exchange open market has exhibited 2.4% (623,880) of the ordinary registered shares of Unibank KB. The shares are exhibited for sale at face value - 2.72 manat.
The starting price of the transaction is 1,696,953 manat. The broker of the seller is UniCapital. The open sale is scheduled for December 26.
Last year, on the BSE secondary platform there were sold 12.7% (3,021,680 shares) of the shares of the bank. There are no other examples of the open exchange sale of shares from the time of launching BSE in Azerbaijan in 2001.
The authorized capital of Unibank KB is 70.5 million manat. The total placed is 20,796,000 common and 5,147,100 preferred shares. The bank is controlled by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Garibov with 65.33% of the shares, including 52.38% of the voting shares. Shareholders of the bank are also EBRD (15.15%), German Investment Company with 8.33%, and other residents and nonresidents. --08B—
