Iran to Get Access to Europe via Railways of Azerbaijan and Georgia
On December 22, in the city of Tabriz (Iran), there was a trilateral meeting of the representatives of the railways of Iran, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
The Head of CJSC Azerbaijani Railways Javid Gurbanov, the Director General of Iranian Railways Mohsen Purseid Agai, and CEO of JSC Georgian Railways Mamuka Bakhtadze discussed the prospects of transit cargoes from the Black Sea to the Persian Gulf through the ports of Georgia and Azerbaijan.
The press secretary of Azerbaijan Railways Nadir Azmammadov told Turan that after the talks they signed a protocol on trilateral cooperation in this area. -03B04-
