Khalq Capital has renewed the license for securities market
The State Securities Committee renewed the special permits (licenses) of Ltd. Khalq Capital for broker-dealer activities in the securities market. The company recovers its activity after a two year hiatus.
SSC on September 20 granted the appeal of the renewal of the licenses of professional participants of the securities market. Thus, the number of brokers in Azerbaijan reached 15 and the number of dealers reached 14.
Ltd. Khalq Capital was founded in August 2007 by OJSC Khalq Bank. Its authorized capital is 210 000 manats. The licenses were granted on 28 October 2009, and suspended on 13 September 2011. The term of the licenses is 5 years. The cost of each license is AZN 5,500 . - 08D-
