Labor Center of Organization of Islamic Cooperation to Be Headquartered in Baku
The Labor Center of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) will be located in Baku. It was stated jointly by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan.
The Charter of the OIC Labor Center in Baku was approved at the last meeting of the OIC Foreign Ministers in Tashkent on October 18-19. According to the Charter, the headquarters of the OIC Labor Center will be located in Baku.
Azerbaijan took the initiative to establish the center within the second Conference of the Ministers of Labor of the OIC member countries held 25-26 April 2013 in Baku. ----71D
