Ministry of Finance Raises AZN 23.8 Million in Financial Market
On the October 25th auction the Finance Ministry fully placed bonds worth 27 million manat, while the total volume of orders received from investors was 41 million manat.
At Baku Stock Exchange, 10 investors participated in the auction, submitting 20 applications in a different price range.
Following the auction, the weighted average price of the bonds with a circulation period of 364 days was 87 manat (15.03% per annum) at par value of 100 manat. The 182-day bonds of the Ministry of Finance were set the price at AZN 91.56 (18.57% per annum).
Thus, the Ministry raised 23 million 853 thousand manat from the investors. At the expiration of the period of circulation of the securities the Ministry of Finance will repay 27 million manat on them. -----08D
