Azerbaijan at 65th Place in Ranking Doing-Business - 2017
Azerbaijan is located at the 65th place among 190 countries in the ranking of Doing-Business - 2017: Equal Opportunities for All.
The ranking was prepared by the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. The ranking took into account the use of the electronic system of declarations of imports and exports on international trade, the simplification of tax duties on vehicles, and creation of a database saving time when connecting to the electronic networks for supplies.
In addition, Azerbaijan has entered the top five on the simplification of registration starting business activity. --71D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
