Medical Center of Ministry of Defense Industry Eligible for Privatization
The State Committee for Property Affairs has auctioned a medical center in the village Vishnevka in the Khazar district of Baku. Until November last year, the subject was subordinate to the Office of Social Services of the Ministry of Defense Industry.
According to the announcement of the auction (https://goo.gl/weGmld), the medical center occupies about 1,180 square meters and is located on the land area of 46.3 acres. The object is clearly rated for a too low price - 50 thousand manat. And 100 square meters are valued at 3,022 manat. According to realtors, 100 m2 in this territory costs twice as much.
The auction will be held on March 28. This is the first object of the department, which is offered to investors.
