Million increase in the authorized capital of Ata Sigorta
Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) has placed shares of the insurance company Ata Sigorta for a total of 1 million manats.
According to the Exchange, all shares sold on Monday 18 February as part of a deal (one investor). Today they have posted 100% of the announced issue. Paid-up share capital of the company, therefore, has reached 7.6 million manat.
AtaSigorta has been operating in the insurance market since 2004 and is active for 22 types of voluntary and 4 types of compulsory insurance.
AtaSigorta is the founder and member of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance.
