Ministry of Culture Implements Project on Mixed Beaches
At today's joint meeting of the Press Council and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism the Minister Abulfas Garayev announced the creation of a network of standard beaches on the Caspian Sea (when the entrance is free and the service is for money).
According to the Minister, "the first swallow" becomes the beach in the village of Novkhani on the route between Baku and Sumgait. The project is mixed - with the participation of the Ministry and the private sector. --17D-
