Ministry of Taxes Silent about Taxes on Non-oil Sector
The Ministry of Taxes reported on the replenishment of the state budget at the expense of the funds raised through it. The message consists of two sentences.
During the seven months of this year, the Ministry of Taxes provided to the state budget 4 billion 104 million AZN. The press service of the Ministry noted that it is 1.9% more than the forecast. However, the Ministry of Taxes did not provide comparative figures for the corresponding period last year. Due to the fall in oil prices, oil revenues declined significantly.
It can be gathered from the information that in July the tax collected amounted to 757.7 million manats.
In contrast to previous months, the ministry did not provide information about revenues from the non-oil-gas sector.
This year the Ministry of Taxes is projected to raise 7 billion 112 million manats.
Today, the Ministry of Taxes has resumed publication of the list of debtors of the tax benefits, among which there are both private and state-owned enterprises as well as individuals. -08D-
