Mysterious foreigners invest in Azerbaijan"s economy another $ 250 million

Turan correspondent found that the company Mercury Investment & Holdings ltd was established in 2005 on the Isle of Man, where the largest in the South Caucasus steel company LLC Baku Steel Company (BSC) is registered.
At the January meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the basis of socio-economic development of the country in the past year, President Ilham Aliyev declared 2014 the "Year of industry."
