NCOC rented north Caspian ecological base
North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) consortium jointly with the KMG-Trans Caspian have held an official ceremony to lease the North Caspian Ecological Base for Oil Spill Reaction to the North Caspian project, NCOC press office reported on Tuesday.
“The state agencies and international organizations involved in the oil spill elimination have recognized a powerful technical potential of the consortium. It has been decided to build the North Caspian Ecological Base for Oil Spill Reaction to expand the consortium’s possibilities and reduce the time of reaction for oil spills and protection of coastal line of the north of the Caspian Sea and to mobilize a specialized equipment in the shallow section of the sea,” press office quoted Murat Mukashev, Director of NCOC Corporate Services.
The company reported that the consortium has a specialized oil spill elimination division with the trained staff and the equipment on all offshore objects in Atyrau and on the Bautino base, reported http://newskaz.ru.--0--
