By the decision of the Board of Directors of the Financial Markets Control House (FMCH), the Directors of two departments in FMCH were appointed.
According to the FMCH press service, as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of FMCH, Director of the Department of Strategic Services Asim Zulfugarov was appointed. Before that, he worked as head of the financial sector investigation division of the Central Bank’s Investigation Department.
Imran Mammadov became Director of the FMCH Department of Control of Banking Activities. He worked previously in the Credit Institutions Control Department.
The decision to create FMCH on the basis of the State Committee for Securities, the State Insurance Supervision Service under the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Monitoring Service of the Central Bank was taken on February 3, 2016. The FMCH Charter was approved on March 10. -----08D
