New Requirements for Mandatory Insurance Payments
November 3 introduced a new system of compulsory settlement of claims for insurance payments. We are talking about insurance companies - members of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB).
The information from CIB says the office, before implementing innovations from September 1 this year, conducted trainings for representatives of 12 entrants. "The new software will allow insurers to adjust the requirement to pay for the following types: compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners (CTP), mandatory property insurance, compulsory insurance of liability of owners of real estate, and compulsory insurance of passengers," said the statement.
According to their assertions, the new system covers the entire process - from the oral request for payment until the completion of subrogation. In addition, it will allow insurance companies to inform customers about the progress of regulatory requirements via SMS-messages, e-mail or a formal letter. The system has a number of other benefits, the report says, with the addition that some time after the beginning of its application at the Office Online there will be available a service through which insurers will be able to trace the process of reviewing its claim for payment.
Compulsory Insurance Bureau was established under the law "On mandatory insurance." The Bureau members are 15 local insurance companies. --17D-
