New Service for Insurance Policyholders and Insured Persons
The official website of the State Insurance Supervision Service has launched a special section to send complaints (http://sigorta.maliyye.gov.az/content/onlayn-m%C3%BCraci%C9%99t).
According to official information, the entity of the Ministry of Finance of AR has created a new service in order to improve the handling of complaints from policyholders and the insured. As it was informed, the special software was also created with a purpose to ensure efficiency, quality and effectiveness of complaints.
Through this program a letter at the same time will be sent to the service and to the insurance company that will reduce procedural deadlines for the complaints," the report says. --17D-
