Online Consultations on www.e-gov.az
The users of the portal Electronic Government (www.e-gov.az) have received a service “online consultation."
According to the report of the computer center of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies of AR, the innovation will allow users to consult in the event of problems and issues relating to the reference to e-services. The service will also deal with comments, suggestions and complaints.
To enable information the contact details should be properly specified and the appropriate profile should be selected. The service is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
The portal e-gov.az is a link between citizens and the public and private sectors. It is accessed by using a digital signature identification data, verification data (login and password) as well as mobile authentication system, which can be obtained in electronic form after the registration on the portal.
According to the Ministry of Communications, the number of electronic services provided through the portal has reached 417. Of the total of e-services approved by the Cabinet (452), 333 are available on the portal. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
