OJSC Capital Bank Declares Dividends Again
At today's annual general meeting of shareholders of OJSC Capital Bank it was decided to use a net profit of 65 million 891 thousand manats for 2014 for the payment of dividends to shareholders, Turan was told in the bank's Board.
On each share dividends will be paid at a rate of 4.39 manats (without deduction of dividend tax), 3.4 times more than in 2013. This represents 35% of the nominal value of shares.
At the general meeting it was also decided on the approval of the bank’s annual reports for the past year.
The authorized capital of Capital Bank is 185 million 850 thousand manats. In the turnover there are 15 million shares, with par value of 12.39 manat each.
The bank is affiliated with Pasha Holding, which owns 99.87% of its shares. There are also about 170 individual shareholders. ---08B
