Newspapers to provide information on legal entities identified
Azerbaijan defined list of publications that publish data on state registration of legal entities. The President issued on June 3, the corresponding decree.
The document is aimed at performance changes to the Civil Code of 22 November 2013, which were made in connection with regulatory issues related to the liquidation of legal entities. Thus, information about registration and liquidation of legal entities subject to disclosure in three newspapers: Vergiler (Taxes) - on commercial entities, Edliyye (Justice) – on non-commercial individuals and education businesses, and Jamiyyat ve Din (Religion and Society) – on religious communities.
Note that the Ministry of Taxes to June 2012 regularly published in the electronic information resource www.taxes.gov.az information established by the country's commercial legal entities. After making changes to legislation providing for the confidentiality of data on the founders of companies the Ministry of Taxes abandoned the practice.
Information on the liquidation of commercial legal entities is housed in various print media, depending on the decision of the liquidation commission. - 08D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
