Preparing to Expel 12 More Illegal Migrants
The State Migration Service of Azerbaijan has recently found 12 foreigners without legal status of migrants. Documents on persons residing in the country with expired documents and engaged in illegal employment, are made, are preparing for their deportation.
According to the service, many of the detainees are accused of recurrent violations of local legislation. These measures will be applied in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences. They are in the "light" of Article 339 (Violation of foreign citizens or persons without citizenship rules of stay or transit through the territory of Azerbaijan transition) and 340-1 (late registration of foreigners or stateless persons in the areas of housing, provided to them by the citizens of the country) of the Code of penalties. -17D-
