President Ilham Aliyev Arrives in Istanbul to Attend World Energy Congress
President Ilham Aliyev yesterday paid a working visit to Turkey to attend the XXIII World Energy Congress in Istanbul.
The same day, Aliyev met with the President of Turkey. During the talks, the bilateral relations were discussed.
The Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said he intends to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the World Energy Congress in Istanbul to discuss the situation on the world oil market.
Note that the Russian President will arrive in Istanbul on October 10 to participate in the XXIII World Energy Congress.
"Of course, we will hold a meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin. We fight for the stability of the world oil market," Bloomberg quoted Maduro. -0--
