Regular Inspection by Chamber of Accounts
The Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan will verify the proper use of budget funds allocated to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Morocco.
According to the report of the meeting of the CAA Board dated November 21, the purpose of the audit is the analysis of the use of funds allocated from the state budget to the Embassy and the calculation of public duties.
In addition, the Chamber will check the forecasting and the use of funds allocated from the state budget to the Absheron Education Department, as well as the Executive Power of the Goranboy Region.
The audit will also regard the execution of the income and expenditure of the Khatai District Branch of the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) of Azerbaijan and the targeted use of the cost of the room.
The Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan accountable to the country's parliament has been effective since December 7, 2001 as the authority controlling the flow of budgetary funds of Azerbaijan.
Senior officials (members of the Board, which consists of the chairman, his deputy and seven auditors) are elected every 7 years.
The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan is generally limited to generalities about the Board meeting, without giving specific figures or data. According to Article 6.0.3 of the Law of AR "On receipt of information" ("Basic principles of information"), disclosure of budget revenues and expenditures is the responsibility of government agencies, including the Chamber of Accounts. --17D-
