SOCAR Established New Company
SOCAR established a company "SOCAR-Absheron" with its head office in the headquarters in Baku. Director of the Company is Fuad Rahimov.
Founder documents were registered on July 8th. This is stated in the state register of commercial legal entities.
The website of SOCAR noted that (http://new.socar.az/khs/upload/sayt%20uchun/sayt%20v4.0/telim%20ve%20inkisaf/TP/teqaudculer/mezunlar.html) Fuad Rahimov has a master's degree in international commercial law, and in 2012 graduated from the University of Aberdeen. This received a special scholarship from SOCAR.
What will the company "SOCAR-Absheron" with an authorized capital of 10 thousand manats is not reported.
It should be noted that in the period June-July, SOCAR established in Azerbaijan two companies using its trade mark. It is: "SOCAR Polymer İnvestments" (with three local companies - "Pahs Holding", "Gilan Holding" "Azersun Holding") and "SOCAR-KBR" (with the participation of KBR İnc., Texas, United States). --08D--
