SOCAR exports 1000 cub.m. of its gas at an average price of $155
From January to March 2015 Azerbaijan exported 2,426,901,074 cub.m. of gas. This is up 1.2% against quarter 1, 2014.
According to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, during this period the declared volume of gas totaled 487,789,072 cub.m. to the amount of $75,833,066. This means that from January to March 2015 Azerbaijan sold 1000 cub.m. of its gas at the price of $155.47.
At present Azerbaijani gas is exported by State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) to Russia, Iran and Georgia and by the Shah Deniz consortium to Georgia and Turkey via the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzerum gas pipeline.
The Shah Deniz consortium does not declare its gas at the customs agencies.—0—

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
