SOCAR oil terminal in Kulevi resumed its work
Yesterday SOCAR's oil terminal in Kulevi, Georgia, resumed its work after the strike.
A source from SOCAR Energy Georgia company said that the oil terminal administration has met with the strike committee and they decided to resume operation of the terminal. "The strike is over and the terminal has resumed its work," SOCAR Energy Georgia said.
The employees of the terminal demanded rise in salary up to the level of foreign residents.
The Kulevi terminal was put into operation in May 2008. Kazakhstan's crude oil and Azerbaijani and Turkmenistan oil products are delivered to the world markets via the terminal.-0-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
