Southern Pars field ready to ensure over 40% of Iran"s demand in gas
Director of the gas complex of Southern Pars field Hasani said that the complex is ready to ensure over 40% demands of Iran in gas during winter.
Hasani said that about 285 million cub.m. of natural gas a day is extracted on Southern Pars field. Approximately 80 million cub.m. of this amount is refined by Fajre Djam and Beyde Boland plants and 200 million cub.m. is injected into the gas distribution network for consumption in the industry and by the population after the desalination.
The above-mentioned gas complex makes 400,000 barrels of gas condensate, 500 tons of sulfur, 51,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and 400 tons of ethanol, reported Iran.ru.—0-
