Baku Stock Exchange today begins the placement of bonds (5 million manat) of "Unibank".
As stated on the website of BSE (http://bfb.az/news/2013/05/unibank-asc-nin-istiqrazlarinin-yerlesdirilmesi/2909), not certified bonds (five thousand par value of 1 thousand manats each) included in the unquoted list Exchange.
The bonds - 5 years, the maturity - 3 months, the interest rate - 14% per annum.
Underwriter is JSC Unicapital.
OJSC Unibank launched in October 2002. Paid-up share capital of the bank is 64 million 565.18 thousand manats.
The major shareholder (50.81%) is the Eldar Garibov. Among the shareholders there are European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (15.15% equity) and the German Investment Corporation DEG (8.33%). - 17D-
