State builds educational enterprise for the youth town Absheron
The executive power of Absheron district announced a tender for the selection of contractors for the construction of secondary school and kindergarten - nurseries in the youth village Absheron. Residential complex consisting of 30 high-rise buildings a few kilometers from the city of Baku, built for 6 years, and is inhabited by about 75%, but the socio-cultural and other facilities are not yet available, causing annoyance to residents.
Near the town of Absheron they plan to build a full secondary school for 600 pupils and nursery - nursery for 120 children. On the date of signing-not reported.
In the department of public relations of the Construction and Industrial Investment Corporation Accord they told Turan they are negotiating with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for the launch in the town of an electronic telephone network for at least 4 200 families. The lower floors of the buildings are planned for the entire social domestic infrastructure (shops, a pharmacy, a medical clinic, sports, entertainment and other items) for the convenience of citizens.
Of the 30 residential; buildings built in the youth village Absheron 20 have been commissioned. The buildings consist of 85 units. Apartments in the town are purchased mainly on long-term loan package for young families. - 08B-

The 29th Conference of the Parties (COP29) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change has taken a significant step towards a unified global response to climate change. On the first day of discussions in Baku, participating countries reached a historic agreement on the rules governing the creation and trade of carbon credits.
