State Committee for Property Affairs Reduces Capital of Two Companies Open for Privatization
Baku / 09/18/17 / Turan: The State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA) has reduced the authorized capital of two companies without providing information on the reasons for this decision. Also, there is no mention of a method of reducing the capital.
The authorized capital of Jalilabad Sharab OJSC (identification number in the register of commercial legal entities has not been identified) was reduced by 2,694,100 manat and set at 368,600 manat. The state owns 99.7% of the shares of the joint-stock company established in 1999. Last year, SCPA held a tender to identify a consultant for the privatization of this winery. Shares of this enterprise have been exhibited for investment competitions since 2007.
OJSC Baki Dezgahgayirma (INN 1000148361) has been operating since 1982. The state controls 99.97% of the shares of this machine-tool plant (https://goo.gl/fkgdxF). The capital of this joint-stock company was reduced by 263,800 manat and will make 1 million 522.1 thousand manat.
According to the law, the authorized capital of companies can be changed by two methods: the liquidation of part of the circulating securities, or change in their nominal value. --08B--

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
