State Property Committee proposes to simplify the procedure of foreclosure
In the near future, the State Committee for Property Affairs will present the nationals and companies a simplified form of procedures for the disposal of property, to partially free them from paperwork.
The press service of SCPA told Turan, that according to the innovation, a certificate of occupancy of real property as collateral for the arrest and sales and donations will be sent to the notary in real time. Currently, in such cases, the owner receives this help from the local state registration of real estate in paper form. The process can last from 1 to 5 working days.
This innovation was made possible by the implementation of World Bank-supported project "Registration of real estate."
Note that citizens mostly complain of problems with the first registration of real property rights. In many cases, the Register Service of Real Estate in SCPA denies citizens the registration of property rights due to lack of permits. The head of state in 2011 ordered the government to handle this problem. However, the bill prepared for the government was lost. - 08D -
