Three judges of appellate courts removed
Three judges of the courts of appeal have been dismissed. The decision to terminate their authority was made by the country's parliament.
So Hilal Khalilov was dismissed as judge of the Baku Court of Appeal, Jeykhun Akhmedov was dismissed from Ganja Court of Appeal, and Muharram Allahverdiev was dismissed from Shirvan Court of Appeal.
The causes of their displacement have not been reported. -16D-
