An Azerbaijani official Shahin Eyyubov has bought property in Turkey at $ 5 million, according to the website Biziminfo.com (http://www.biziminfo.com/news/46783.html). He is the head of the territorial department No 12 (Ganja) of the Ministry of Taxes, the third-class adviser of the State Tax Service (equivalent to the rank of Major General).
