Commercial Bank OJSC "Expressbank" increases share capital by 14.3 million or 16.4%.
According to BSE, the corresponding prospectus for 52,343 ordinary registered non-documentary shares of 273.20 manat was registered by the State Committee for Securities. The underwriter will be Unicapital.
Currently, the authorized capital Expressbank is 87.41 million manat. Its shareholders are four legal entities, including OOO "ADOR" (42% equity) and LLC "Azenko qrup" (40%). - 15B -
