Joint Leasing portfolio in 2012 grew by 15%
The portfolio of Joint Leasing Company as of January 1 of the current year amounted to 30.81 million manat, increasing by 4.5 million or 15 percent.
As reported in the company's total number of concluded leasing contracts reached 520 units.
The company invested in the transport and construction, food production, health care, service and trade, banking and agriculture. Of the total leasing portfolio share of the construction sector accounted for 40%, transport - 33% of production - 20% and 7%, respectively, accounted for the remaining sectors.
Joint Leasing Company has operated from 14 June 2007 as the legal successor of the first leasing company in the country - Azerlizing. Joint Leasing Company shareholders are British company "DH Leasing LTD" (52.4%) and IBA (47.6%). -15D -
