The Central Bank has not changed the dollar rate
The Central Bank announced a dollar rate for the coming weekend and on Monday, November 21st.
According to Turan, the dollar rate remained at today's levels - 1USD/1,7091AZN.
In commercial banks purchase rate is higher than 1.77 manat per dollar, and the sale is equal to 1.78 manat per dollar, although the majority of banks do not sell foreign currency. -71D-
