The Chamber has tested tax charge of commercial structures
The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan (ACA), at a meeting on Oct. 25 discussed the audit program for the spending of government funds allocated to the land fund of the Narimanov district of the capital, as well as similar businesses in the Gedabey, Aghstafa, Astara and Khyzy areas.
They verified the accuracy of tax transfers by such business structures, as LLC Milk-Pro, JSC Baki Inshaat Layihe and other commercial organizations. Documents for discussions have been submitted to the Parliament.
Fewer violations recorded during checks in the executive power in Mingachevir and Yevlakh and the agricultural enterprises of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan, reporting to the parliament, has been in force since December 7, 2001, as it is the body that controls the budgetary flow in AR.
Th leading employees (members of the Board, which consists of a chairman, his deputy and seven auditors) are elected every 7 years.
The Accounting Chamber of Azerbaijan is usually limited to general statements about the board meeting, without giving specific figures or data. According to Article 6.0.3 of the Law of Azerbaijan "On receiving information" ("Basic principles of information"), the disclosure of information on budget revenues and expenditures is the responsibility of government agencies , including the Chamber of Accounts. - 17D-
