The company Pasha Sigorta increasing the authorized capital
The insurance company Pasha Sigorta plans to increase the share capital to 35.5 million manat (+1.4% or +500 thousand manat).
According to the State Securities Committee (SSC), the major shareholder has decided to apply the method of conversion - the nominal price of each of the 40 thousand securities will increase from 875 to 887.5 manat.
Insurance company Pasha Sigorta, which belongs to Pasha Holding, operates on the local insurance market since June 2006.
The authorized capital is 35 million manat.
The company is licensed to provide services for 31 types of voluntary and compulsory insurance.
In the last 3 quarters the premiums reached 36 million 206.64 thousand manats and the payments were 16 million 571.1 thousand manats. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
