Unibank posted nearly three-quarters of declared shares
Shares of Unibank for a total of 200.1 thousand manats were posted on Friday on BSE.
Issue of 2,205,900 preferred non-documentary registered shares of nominal value of 2.72 manats passed state registration in September of this year. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor).
Underwriting was provided by Unicapital. So far they have placed 74.1 % (4.447 million manat) of the announced issue. According to the legislation, an issue is held in the case of placing a half of it. The paid charter capital thus reached 61.012 million manat.
The main shareholder of Unibank is the chairman of the Supervisory Board Eldar Garibov ( 65.34 % of equity ) . - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
