Unileasing issued bonds for AZN 4,000,000
The leasing company Unileasing has issued bonds for a total amount of 4,000,000 manats.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange, the relevant prospectus for 4,000 unsecured interest-bearing book-entry bonds with par value of AZN 1,000 passed state registration.
According to the prospectus, the securities circulation period is 12 months and the annual percentage rate is 10.5%. The underwriter of the securities is Unicapital.
The founders of JSC Unileasing are Unibank (66.67% equity) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (33.33%). The priorities of the company are car leasing, construction machinery, vehicles, industrial and medical equipment, and real estate. - 15B -
