Volume of Construction Work Reduced
According to the SSC, construction companies of Azerbaijan as of 1 June mastered the amount of 2 billion 425.7 million manats (minus 16.5% compared to the same period last year). Most (84.6%) of the work was performed by private entities.
About two-thirds (65.9%) comprised the construction of new facilities, reconstruction and expansion of existing units, 17.1% comprised major repairs, 4.5% comprised current repair, and 12.5% comprised other construction work. --17D-
