VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) completed the placement of the last issue of shares
BAKU/02.12.13/TURAN : According to the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic with 01.01.2015 , the minimum amount of total capital of commercial banks should be 50 million manat . To comply with the regulatory requirements of JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) unanimously approved an additional issue of 135 million ordinary uncertified registered shares with a nominal value of 0.2 manats.
Issue of securities was registered Securities Committee of Azerbaijan 25.07.2013, under the registration number (international identification number) AZ 1002004146 .
Placement of shares realized in 2 (two) stages. At the first stage pre-emptive right was granted to the shareholders of the Bank. In the second stage (if not outstanding shares would be acquired in the first stage ) to purchase shares granted to any other persons .
Outstanding shares were purchased by shareholders with preemptive rights in the first stage. Thus the issue of shares was completed and the report on the completion of the securities issue was registered by the Securities Committee on 25.11.2013.
Total number of shares after the issue was 254,075,000 shares.
JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) is a subsidiary of VTB Bank. Shareholders of JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) are: JSC VTB Bank and JSC AtaHolding. JSC VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) provides services to clients of corporate business, small business and private clients.
