Xalq Sigorta refused to insure the civil liability of the owner
The insurance company Xalq Sigorta refused licenses for compulsory civil liability insurance owner. As noted on the website of the Office of Compulsory Insurance (ISB), a notification letter about it for № DX-04/03-2461 received from the State Insurance Supervision Service Finance AR.
The company told Turan that the managers previously refused compulsory insurance of passengers. This is a necessary step; it is believed in the leadership that according to the positions of insurance, the agents do not have success. Now ( according to a letter the Ministry of Finance , November 25 ), the company through participation in the ISB will two types of compulsory insurance - insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners to third parties ( CTP ) insurance and real estate individuals.
Insurance company Xalq Sigorta was registered at the end of 2005. Actually it has been in operation since April 2006.
Its subsidiaries operate in Ganja, Sumgait and Zagatala. April 29, 2010 the company received a perpetual license for insurance activity.
The authorized capital is 28 million 451.5 thousand manats.
The company provides 22 types of voluntary and 4 types of compulsory insurance.
ISB members are 12 insurance companies. In January - October, according to the Ministry of Finance, their aggregate premiums on compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of real estate amounted to 302.79 thousand manats at zero payments. - 17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
