Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan begins placement of bonds for 15 million manats
Bonds placement has been started by the closed-type JSC Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan.
According to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the amount of the emission is 15 million manat.
The unsecured bonds are included in the non-quotation list of BSE. The emission is divided into 150,000 securities denominated in AZN 100 each.
The term of the placement is two calendar years and the yield is 9% per annum. The underwriter of the accommodation is LLC Yapi Kredi Invest.
Yapi Kredi Bank Azerbaijan was established in 1998, and in 2007 it received the status of closed-type JSC.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Faik Achykalyn Hussein. The Chairman of the Board is Altan Senturk.
