Zaminbank posted a 40 % stake last issue
Shares of Zaminbank for a total of 4 million manat were posted on Thursday at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Emission of 50 thousand ordinary registered non-documentary shares of AZN 200 passed state registration in September. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor) .
Underwriting was provided by Ltd. Texnika Capital Management. On today placed 40 % (4 million manat) announced issue. According to the legislation issue is held in the case of placing her half. Paid charter capital thus reached 46.181 million manat.
Zaminbank's major shareholder is the chairman of the Supervisory Board Nadir Ismayilov (99.23% of the equity). - 15B-

Entrepreneurs operating in markets across Azerbaijan will be required to register for taxation. Failure to do so will result in a financial penalty of 2,000 manat for each unregistered entrepreneur, imposed on market owners or administrators. This requirement is included in proposed amendments to the Tax Code, set to be discussed in Parliament.
