Bulgarian Regulator Increases Purchase Price for Azerbaijani Gas

Fitch Ratings has confirmed the long-term foreign currency bond rating of 'BBB-' for the senior unsecured Eurobonds of Southern Gas Corridor CJSC (SGC). The rating reflects the full and timely repayment guarantee for SGC’s bonds, provided by the government. As a result, Fitch views the bond rating as equal to Azerbaijan's long-term foreign currency rating (BBB-/Stable).
