A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Azerbaijan's Renewable Energy Agency (AREA) under the Ministry of Energy, local company “Clean Energy Invest” LLC, and Turkish company “Baltech Green” for the development of a wind power plant in Kelbajar. According to AREA, the project will be implemented in a unique location at an altitude of 3,100 meters. Private companies will establish a joint venture for the project.
