Oil prices declined amid weak reporting from China

Azerbaijan's average daily oil production in October was 482,000 barrels, OPEC's monthly report. According to the cartel, Azerbaijan's daily oil production in October decreased by 7,000 barrels per day (bpd), or 1.4%, compared to September.
