SOCAR Increased Tax Payments to State Budget of Azerbaijan by 8% in 2017

SOCAR and the French oil and gas company “TotalEnergies” have closed a deal to sell ADNOC from the UAE a 15% stake in the “Absheron” gas field development project in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, “TotalEnergies” announced.

Azerbaijan is considering the supply of crude oil to Kyrgyzstan,   Kyrgyz Energy Minister Taalaibek Ibrayev told Kyrgyz media. In the near future, the Junda oil refinery will start operating in Kyrgyzstan, which will consume more than 1 million tons of fuel annually, he said.
