Azerbaijan joins Council of Europe convention against organ trafficking, strengthening legal framework

Azerbaijan has taken a step toward digitising its criminal justice system after President Ilham Aliyev signed amendments to the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code, marking what experts describe as the beginning of a new phase in legal modernisation.
