Azerbaijan on April 4 sent 200 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Iran, marking its third such delivery since the outbreak of conflict between the United States and Israel, officials said on Saturday.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved a set of new regulations on April 3 governing the country’s diplomatic service, in a move that reflects Baku’s effort to institutionally strengthen its growing international presence amid expanding foreign policy activity.
